Tiffiny is responsible for tenant relations, facilities and financial management of Three Fountains Office Park, Century III, and Terrace Center / Terrace Place.

Tiffiny holds regular tenant meetings with key decision makers which allows her to understand her tenants' business, space needs and expectations.

As facilities manager, Tiffiny conducts regular building and common area inspections, provides reviews and follow-up of work orders, and manages vendors and contracted services. She develops annual operating budgets for each building and provides ongoing management through approval of purchase orders and invoices and monthly reporting of budget variances.
