Professional Profile:
Shawn is responsible for providing tenant relations and facility management services for Capitol Center and selected third party clients.

Shawn ensures customer and tenant expectations are being met through regular property inspections and management of vendors and maintenance staff. He develops and manages annual operating budgets and provides prompt, courteous customer service and follow-up to all tenant concerns.

In addition to management, Shawn is also responsible for 3rd party lease renewals and marketing property management services to targeted 3rd party prospects.

Shawn is a candidate for the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed real estate salesperson.

Shawn has been with R&R Realty Group since 1995.
