As the president of Management Professionals, Inc. , Joe is responsible for the diligent and meticulous management of nearly 5.0 million square feet of office, industrial and multi-family property. Joe began his career in 1987 with Pioneer Hi-Bred International and later DuPont, after their acquisition in 1999. Initially a scientist, he held positions of business development in the international operations group and strategic planning in the nutrition and industrial markets group from 1992-2000. He joined R&R Realty Group in 2001.

Joe earned his B.S. from Iowa State University. He and his wife Judy have three children.
