As the president of Management Professionals, Inc. , Joe is responsible for the diligent and meticulous management of nearly 5.0 million square feet of office, industrial and multi-family property. Management Professionals, Inc. specializes in managing real estate assets for long-term appreciation. Development of tenant and resident relations is the organization's key to providing outstanding customer service. In 2003, 2004 and 2009 Management Professionals, Inc. was named Best of Des Moines - Real Estate Property Management.

Joe began his career in 1987 with Pioneer Hi-Bred International and later DuPont, after their acquisition in 1999. Initially a scientist, he held positions of business development in the international operations group and strategic planning in the nutrition and industrial markets group from 1992-2000. He joined R&R Realty Group in 2001.

Joe earned his B.S. from Iowa State University. He and his wife Judy have three children.
