Deb is responsible for directing all internal and external marketing efforts, financial management, resident relations and facilities management for Winwood Apartments in Johnston, Iowa and Country Village Apartments in West Des Moines, Iowa.

As Community Director, Deb works closely with her staff to ensure customer satisfaction on every level - well maintained apartment homes and grounds, maintenance requests handled promptly, and friendly service.

Deb joined R&R Realty Group in March of 2004 and brings with her over 10 years of residential property management and homeowners association management experience.

Deb received her real estate license in 2000.
